Gretchen Keyser

Gretchen Keyser has lived in Georgia for decades after relocating from the Philadelphia suburbs to attend college at Agnes Scott in Decatur, Georgia. After years in the corporate world, Gretchen made the change and has been in Real Estate marketing for 21 years. Gretchen is a credentialed Real Estate Broker, and has received certification of HUD’s OneAmerica—At Home with Diversity course. She is also an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Accredited Sellers Representative (ASR). She has relocation credentials through three major relo programs, and has also received the Senior Real Estate Specialist training. Gretchen is “owned” by a dog and a cat and lives in Johns Creek in North Fulton County. Gretchen has served as a church deacon and elder at St. Luke’s Presbyterian Church in Dunwoody.. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors of Family Promise of North Fulton/DeKalb, as Treasurer and Day Center Committee Chair, and will be President in 2015.

Gretchen is skilled in all facets of residential real estate. She offers both Buyer and Seller Agency and she has an extensive experience in both the new and resale markets, distressed properties (including short sales and foreclosures), first time-buyer and and senior citizens.
